These terms govern your use of the BIN AI-Native Ecosystem.

By accessing and using our decentralized storage platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a decentralized storage solution, allowing users to store and retrieve data. The free tier offers up to 500MB of storage. Additional storage of 1GB can be purchased for $2.99 per 3 weeks. The Service operates on a distributed network and is not controlled by a central authority.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload and store on the Service.
  • You must not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • You must not use the Service for any malicious or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to distributing malware or engaging in unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique document IDs and any other credentials.

4. Data Security & Privacy

While the Service is designed to be decentralized and secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. The Service is not a replacement for traditional data backup solutions. Any data you store on the public network is considered publicly accessible via its unique ID.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
